Thomas
Belmont,
the
former
commercial
artist
turned
his
musical
hobby
into
his
second
profession
after
attending
the
Jazz-School
in
Berne
and
in
Basel.
He
now
teaches
the
saxaphone
both
to
private
students
and
in
schools.
He
runs
musical
workshops,
composes
and
arranges.
His
wide
experience
of
playing
in
bands
is
displayed
in
his
stylistic
flexibility
-
he
can
and
does
play
anything
from
classics
to
salsa
and
bebop.
In
addition
to
all
these
activities
he
is
the
leader
of
the
groups
salamuja
and
Hornflakes
and
also
plays
in
the
Night
Wings
and
PAL
JAM
groups.
